Alyssa F, Licensed Professional Counselor

“Prior to Coaching I was going through a breakup and was getting ready to move from Colorado back to the east coast. My life was upside down. My self-esteem, health and energy levels and sense of balance had all eroded. I was desperately seeking peace and solid ground but didn’t have it in me to figure out how to get there. I was completely lost and getting ready to say goodbye to the life I had created only to start all over again, which terrified me at the time.

My main struggles were chronic stress from working in the mental health industry, declining hormonal health, low self-esteem, feeling like I was “too much” from continuously not getting my needs met, loneliness, lack of female friendships, loss of creativity and time/energy for my many hobbies.

Jennie and I had known each other through a mutual friend from about a decade earlier. One serendipitous night, I played music on a Facebook live session and Jennie happened to catch it and comment on it. That prompted me to check in on her social media and see what she had been up to, which of course led me to realize she started this beautiful coaching business. I pinned that for later and once the breakup happened, I knew it was the right time to reach out and work together.

I loved both our Coaching sessions and Voxer support. It took me a little while at first to lean into Voxer and once I did, I realized how nice it was to be able to vent, get feedback, support, ideas, etc. on all of the random little things that come up in between sessions. That also left more time for us to do the deeper work in sessions and focus on exercises and activities that further facilitated my healing. Jennie was always prepared and is also very intuitive, which made each session truly beneficial.

As a result of Coaching, I was able to get in touch with my intuition again, which is truly a gift. That alone helped increase my confidence and trust in myself. I am able to make decisions based on what I truly want and how I want to feel, vs. what I think other people want me to do or what other people need. That has been truly life-changing for me. I am also able to show up as my true self in my new relationship and can confidently say I am in my first secure (attachment) relationship ever and get to enjoy and appreciate all the peace and beauty and love in that.

I was able to truly heal from my breakup and see all the ways that relationship was good for me, as well as all the ways it wasn’t right for me. Next, I learned how to get in touch with what I deeply desire in a partner and became very connected to calling that into my life and getting ready for that kind of love. I learned how to communicate my needs effectively and heal inner wounds from previous relationships. Then, all in perfect timing, I met the man who I know is my person and truly don’t feel he would have showed up in my life had I not done this work and been ready.

Through deep healing, connecting to self, and finding a beautiful new relationship, I have finally found the peace I am looking for. I am more confident. I am beginning to build new female friendships. I am certainly at a high point in life right now and am grateful for that, but I know life is a rollercoaster and also feel much more prepared for any low points that will come my way as well.

Investing in yourself is the best investment. I do love to buy nice things for myself (clothes, good food, fresh flowers, etc.) and those all have a place in my budget as well :), but investing in coaching with Jennie will have lifelong dividends. The inner peace this has brought me far surpasses the temporary satisfaction and joy of material items.

Jennie is INCREDIBLE! What a naturally intuitive, connected, calming, deep, empathic and experienced healer she is. I felt instantly comfortable with her from the very first call. I trust her deeply on this journey and know how seriously she takes her work with clients.

I so appreciate that she was called to this profession because she truly serves others. She has a gift. THANK YOU JENNIE!”

– Jen Y, Client

“Life was great prior to 1:1 Coaching and everything was seemingly going well… until there was a moment in my relationship that revealed I was actually holding back from expressing myself and asking for what I needed. I noticed it was very apparent in my relationship, but it sometimes bled into other areas such as work and with family and friends.

The biggest challenge I was facing was a lack of confidence in my communication with my partner. I would not share what was truly on my mind or wouldn’t know how to articulate my heavy feelings so I wouldn’t say anything at all or it would come out the wrong way. I’d sound like I was whining or complaining, and then I would feel misunderstood as a result. I default to pointing fingers, blaming, and criticizing – which I don’t mean to do. I would also have trouble explicitly asking for what I want and need because I feared rejection or being wrong.

I knew that we both needed to work on our communication, but didn’t know where to start. I questioned whether our relationship could continue and it saddened me. I needed support and I needed to put a plan in place, so the first person I thought of was Jennie. I knew Jennie worked with women around self-confidence and self-love. I’d been following her on social media and admired her work. What she exuded and spoke about in her content was exactly what I needed, so she was the right person to reach out to.

I love how Jennie lovingly questioned my perspective during our sessions. She asked me deep, reflective, and challenging questions that made me reconsider how I was speaking to myself or how I thought of myself, which was sometimes in a negative light. Jennie made me feel comfortable opening up and talking about the hard things that I would normally keep to myself. She also offered lots of resources and visuals and went over some of them with me during our sessions – the one that resonated the most with me was the Needs List. Going through that helped me see that what I need can take various forms/synonyms. I also like that Jennie checked in with me on our off weeks via Voxer. She never missed a week and checked in frequently to see if I needed additional support outside our sessions.

Jennie has helped me to be mindful of my self-critical voice and discern whether it was actually mine or one that I was conditioned to believe was mine. I default to getting really down on myself, go into self-judgment, and not enough-ness, but Jennie helped me explore why this could be my default… and I believe it comes down to my inner child wanting love and attention, who has gone unnoticed and has been neglected. When I pour compassion back into myself, I have a much more loving and understanding relationship with myself.

1:1 Coaching has certainly strengthened my relationship with my now fiance. Anytime a problem came up, Jennie and I would talk it out together. I would rehearse what I would say, which gave me the courage and confidence to express my needs. Coaching helped me practice better communication with my fiance and prioritize time together, and as a result, we grew closer and better understood each other. Oh, and we got engaged! He also put in the work of seeing a counselor as I sought coaching. It was important for each of us to seek our own support personnel in order to reestablish our trust and love.

One of my additional goals was to be more social in person by taking initiative to plan more trips and make invitations to friends. I hosted book club at my house this summer and I’ve booked 3 trips for the rest of the year – with friends or to visit friends. I’ve attended local retreats, met new people, and have had so many coffee dates! I’ve also honored myself when needing rest – this is something I’ve shamed myself for but I’ve been practicing it with less guilt.

I believe that 1:1 coaching can change lives. The greatest gift you can give yourself and others is to be authentically and confidently YOU. When we feel misaligned, it doesn’t have to be a lonely journey. You don’t have to figure it out yourself. Investing in yourself is a launchpad to reach where you’re going faster, with unwavering support, and gaining skills that last a lifetime.

Jennie has been an AMAZING coach! I felt so loved and supported during our time together. When I felt tender, she was compassionate. When I was full of it, she lovingly called me out lol. When I was anywhere in between, she met me exactly where I was at. What I didn’t see in myself, she saw in me and helped me see it for myself – but magnified! I highly recommend working with Jennie because she is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in supporting women around self-love. She gets it. She gets you. She takes the time to get to know you well and she cares about you shining bright! She also sends you the best gifts!”

– Casey R, Whole Body Associate Team Leader

“Before coaching, I felt as though I lacked direction within my life and didn’t feel very confident within myself enough to set boundaries in my relationships. I was struggling with self-worth and self love, feeling lost/stuck, and had a lack of self-esteem. I felt that investing in coaching would improve my life and help me navigate my own path. I felt Jennie was the right fit for me, since she is easy to relate to and has the courage to be vulnerable with her clients. It’s rewarding to work with someone who has been through similar experiences and doesn’t make you feel like they are above you. Our sessions were a deeper dive into whatever issues that were arising, and touching upon what tools were best to utilize for the long term.

During our Voxer communication, we created short term goals which makes you remember that it isn’t always about the destination, but the journey! I learned that celebrating small wins is just as important as the big accomplishments. Coaching really helped me a lot with focus, and what my vision was for my life and relationships. Being grounded in my own truth has helped me to become more confident in myself. I also felt it made me more self-aware than ever, and helped me to determine what I am willing to allow into my life. It made me realize that I have all that I need to create the life I desire.

Coaching really helped me address my fears and vulnerabilities, and learn the courage to speak my own truth and ask for what I need within my relationships. Though it is still difficult at times, I find myself creating healthier boundaries. Overall, my greatest achievements are coming out with new self-awareness and a new mindset. Doing 1:1 Coaching made me believe in myself more and embrace myself and my dreams and vision. Investing in yourself really does make a difference in your life. It guides you to see life from a new perspective and become more self-aware of your own patterns and behaviors. I found it to be more helpful than therapy on some occasions because you are digging deep, down to your core. You learn to face yourself.

As stated before, Jennie is so easy to relate to which would be my #1 reason for recommending someone else to her! Jennie is great at connecting with her clients on a deeper level. She provides you with a safe space to be yourself and embody who you are, no matter what it looks like. I love how validating and respectful she is and how she truly honors all her clients.”

“Prior to 1:1 coaching, I was feeling very overwhelmed and anxious with the issues that kept coming up in my current relationship. I hadn’t taken much time to heal old wounds and they were coming out more. I knew I had some work to do, so I started searching for a female coach to work with. I felt like traditional therapy wasn’t for me and I wanted something deeper. Thankfully I was referred to Jennie through a Facebook group and I am so thankful we connected!

In my relationship, I was feeling ashamed to speak my truth. I was having trouble communicating my needs and feelings at times which would cause me to freeze up or make things worse. I didn’t want to cause feelings of discomfort for other people so I would keep to myself. After my initial call with Jennie, I felt like she was a great fit for me because she related to my situation well. She was very calm and soothing and I just had a feeling we were meant to connect! I loved our zoom sessions because we could see each other and we could also catch up on life somewhat during our video calls. It felt more intimate and focused of course, but after calls I had my “homework” Jennie assigned and I felt like I would make more progress after taking those steps each time. I really enjoyed Voxer because if anything came up Jennie was right there sending my voice messages. It came in handy and I liked how I could go back and listen to the messages again if I needed to.

I felt like my confidence was boosted and I was becoming more of my true self after 1:1 coaching. I would keep small promises to myself which made me feel good over time! I know I made good progress because I could see how I was communicating and responding during times of conflict which has given me anxiety in the past. It has made my relationships stronger and I feel more equipped and confident in how I communicate.I also have had heightened awareness occur along with a more positive mindset. I look at the world differently, with more of an open mind. I’m learning to not take things personally and to look within. I am more conscious of myself and my relationships.

Investing in yourself and your healing is the best thing you could do for yourself. The progress that is made trumps everything else in my opinion! Why not take the steps towards a free and fulfilling life?! Jennie was always so caring and thoughtful. She is so easy to talk to and open up to. She has a healing presence and always made me feel calmer. I highly recommend her to any woman looking to do relationship/healing work. I am so grateful to have found Jennie and felt like we were meant to connect and work together. Thank you so much for taking the time to work with me and help me through my healing journey. You’re amazing!”

Alyssa S, CCRN

“Before I began 1:1 Coaching with Jennie I kept getting stuck. Despite all of the work I have done on myself over the years — reading self-help books, going to therapy, learning better coping and conflict skills, etc. I would continue to repeat the same negative patterns in my romantic relationships. I had recently begun a new relationship with a securely attached, stable, healthy partner; and although I felt like I deserved a man like him, I was not sure how to keep the relationship from a downward spiral. I felt doomed to be alone, even though I know how many wonderful things I have to offer someone.

Prior to working with Jennie, I would get into arguments with partners where I would misrepresent myself. I would lash out, saying things I otherwise would not say; and I would be filled with regret, guilt, and shame in the aftermath. I felt like I had to constantly prove to my partner that I was not the person I became when I got hurt, scared, or angry; but the harder I tried, the more conflicts arose. I was unable to demonstrate the core of who I am in conflict, and it was devastating to me. I was creating the one thing I was so afraid of: being alone.

While I have received a lot of counseling and some coaching support in my life, I had not specifically focused on relational wellness — and I have had therapists tell me that relationships are truly my greatest struggle, and I agreed. I have been able to excel in most other areas of my life, but my relationships always seemed to fall apart, despite my absolute best efforts.

Voxer support saved my relationship; and my sessions saved my inner child. The combination of both was transformational. With Voxer, I was able to reach out to Jennie whenever I had a thought I needed to unpack or whenever anything I did not know how to best navigate arose in my relationship.  Ultimately, Jennie helped me uncover the core of who I am when difficult situations arose so that I could express myself. Jennie helped me see how I was being triggered and teleported back into past situations; and she helped me see reality and the present. In our sessions, we were able to focus on the initial damage I incurred as a child. We were able to unpack the past and bring healing to my inner child. I learned so much about myself; and I learned to show compassion to myself. I’ll say it again: it was transformational. I have never expected anything so powerful and so positively impactful as my coaching experience with Jennie. It truly helped heal me, grow and change me in a lasting way, and saved me from ruining a good relationship in my life.

I came into coaching with Jennie loving and even liking myself, but I did NOT love the parts of me that came out in relationship conflicts. I learned to show myself and my inner child the care and support I needed. I learned how to meet my own needs whenever I could and how to ask for help. Over time it even became more comfortable asking for help; and to this day I feel less and less guilty when I request support from someone. My shame is being replaced with self-compassion. I feel as if I have called my inner child home, and I feel whole.

My coaching experience with Jennie truly saved and transformed my relationship with my significant other. We have far better communication skills with each other; and we have far fewer conflicts. When conflicts do arise, I behave differently. I can see now that my boyfriend and I are a team. I am truly showing up in a new, healthier way in my relationship with him. My relationship with myself is far more compassionate. I am even experiencing improvements in my female friendships and in my relationship with my family members. My boyfriend can attest that I am not the same person I was 4 months ago!

During my coaching with Jennie, so much was being revealed and healed inside of me. Without trying, I began drinking less alcohol– which has been something I have been trying to do for 11 years. I overall began being kinder to myself in the words that I think and in the ways that I act. I take better care of my body because I want to nurture myself. I enjoy caring for myself. I rest and play more. I have come to a place in my work where I am ready to take steps to create a career that is more in line with my values and dreams. I went into a place of deep inner work and healing, and am emerging with more creative energy and inspiration. I feel empowered and excited. It is easier for me to have joy and peace. I am no longer afraid of ending up alone.

This investment powerfully changed the trajectory of my personal and relational life. Relationships are so important to our wellbeing. Everything is intertwined. In addressing my relational wellness, I addressed my mind, body, heart, and soul. I am a far healthier person today than I was 4 months ago. Every penny, ounce of energy, and second I spent working with Jennie positively impacted me, my life, and the people I have close relationships with. I am eternally and deeply thankful; and I would recommend that anyone struggling with their relationships reach out to Jennie for support — I have no regrets, only immense gratitude.

Jennie has profound insight and is innately discerning and wise. Her experience, expertise, and intuition are unmatched. She has a way of communicating that is empowering and inspiring, but also empathetic and nurturing. She is a perfect blend of reason and emotion.

She can see the reality of a situation but also the heart of the matter. Jennie is well-balanced, thoughtful, a safe and stable place, compassionate, and truly one-of-a-kind. I do not believe that any other person could have created such a powerful experience for me.”

Marissa L.

“I’ve suffered from a negative mindset for as long as I can remember; always visualizing in any situation the bad outcome (as opposed to the good), constantly feeling I wasn’t good enough, or expecting I’d only have bad luck. I always felt confident in my career path, lining up the next venture to help me succeed, which always seemed to perfectly align according to that plan. But, I hadn’t actually realized until seven months ago that I suffered from a negative mindset, and that my confidence and visualizations were the reason my career went according to plan. Unfortunately, back then, any success in my career was overpowered by my negative mindset, causing me to reach the point where I knew I needed to make a change, and that I needed help doing so. Self-help books were no longer doing the trick.

Reaching out to Jennie and investing in myself was the best thing I’ve ever done. I learned that what I thought was the root cause was not always the case, and that I had to work through my past in order to create a better future. The most beneficial part about Jennie’s coaching was her constant support on a daily basis as challenges arose. She always provided helpful guidance, which over time, I started to integrate into my normal way of thinking and reacting (which I didn’t realize until later). Now, I can’t help but see only the good outcomes in any situation, feel that I am more than enough, and realize the key to everything is putting myself first.

“Bad things” almost never happen anymore, and when they do, I’ve learned to accept them and not dwell. Like my career, I can bring to myself anything that I want. I’ve started to receive those things that I visualized during my coaching with Jennie.

I would recommend Jennie to anyone who feels, simply, that they and their mind are their own worst enemies.”

Taylor H, Customer Success Manager

“Before I had started coaching, I was newly married and living with my husband for the first time. We were facing challenges that we never had before and so I had some frustrations and insecurities forming about our relationship. I had also just moved from New York to San Diego and felt so lost and lonely, and really just was not feeling like myself. I was struggling with overall frustration, insecurity, lack of routine, lack of self-love, feeling lost, and falling into bad habits. I was considering going to therapy for a while and never really considered coaching until I saw a post by Jennie Lynn in a Facebook group about the kind of work that she does with women and it resonated with me that it might be something to explore. After our first conversation, I knew I wanted to work with her because she seemed incredibly insightful and intuitive and we really clicked personality-wise.

While I preferred our 1:1 sessions, Voxer was so great when I was having low moments and in need of that extra bit of support and Jennie Lynn was right there with amazing thoughts for every situation I encountered. The one-on-one sessions almost felt like therapy session with myself. Jennie Lynn’s expertise is not necessarily advice-driven but question-driven, meaning for anything I would bring up – she would pull the thoughts out of me through a line of questioning, making me confident that I have all of the tools to do the work, she is just a guide. She helps you see a much fuller picture of life, relationships and just everyday thinking that is not always easy to see.

Honestly, I think that the most important result I got from my coaching was my relationship with myself. I used to be so uncomfortable and resentful of myself sometimes and coaching really changed my mindset to be so kind to myself. Treating my relationship with myself as the most important relationship that I have, changes everything. Honoring myself as much as possible and acting out of self-love instead of self-hate is truthfully life-changing. This coaching work improved what I considered an already great relationship. I knew that a lot of the challenges I was experiencing in my relationship were rooted back in my own insecurities and problems communicating. This work on myself leveled up my relationship and introduced me to a way of thinking that brought me and my partner closer and better able to navigate life together.

In my work with Jennie Lynn, I have since gotten a new position in a new company, I have stepped out of my comfort zone socially and tried new experiences, and most importantly I am working on healing my relationship with my body- working on getting back in touch with physical movement and just love towards myself that I have never experienced before. I was a bit nervous to make this investment myself in the beginning. I knew that the work would be a positive change that I so desperately needed and so I took a chance and made the investment. All I can say about that is you get what you pay for. People invest in expensive gyms and pampering treatments all the time, and healing yourself from the inside is just as, if not more important. I am so glad I invested in myself these last few months. This work is so intentional, and sometimes feels exhausting or too demanding and it is easy to ignore it and continue in your ways, but doing the work and committing to yourself is worth the time, energy, and definitely worth the money!

Jennie Lynn is the most evolved woman I have probably ever met. She has definitely been through her own set of struggles and has done INCREDIBLE work on herself and is now sharing that knowledge and experience with others.

She lives life in such a vulnerable state but at the same time is so completely strong and direct and knows exactly who she is. My new motto in life is going to be “what would Jennie do” because I think if I can continue to channel her guidance, I will continue to thrive and navigate this crazy world.”

Kelly, Mother, Home Designer, Business Owner

“Before starting coaching with Jennie I was extremely overwhelmed, fatigued, often angry or sad, and felt like I was trapped in a cycle that was impacting my mental health significantly. I was newly pregnant and my home was undergoing a large renovation that wasn’t going well. I was heading into my second trimester feeling exhausted and unsafe in my own home and worried about my family’s health. Jennie is so kind, open, and knowledgeable. I loved Jennie’s background as a Nurse and that she was getting certified in mental health coaching as a Nurse. I love her passion for deepening her knowledge to help others. She’s the type of person I can talk to for hours and know I’m being heard. She will listen and help you feel out how you want to tackle an issue instead of giving unwanted advice. She reminded me I can trust myself to find the answers within me and guided me on a path to do so instead of pushing me to one. I really looked forward to our one-on-one sessions each week and made them into a self-care practice. I knew that each week I would at least get 1 hour to myself where I was completely heard and it felt very reassuring, comforting and after several sessions, empowering.

I was able to go into each session with whatever was weighing on me and had the space to feel, and the direction to work through those feelings. Voxer was also an amazing service where I could go in and know my thoughts and feelings would be validated, heard, and received without judgment and Jennie would help me feel through it to find solutions. I then learned to journal and give myself the validation I needed. Writing it down helped me see how powerful it was and is a coping mechanism that will serve me for the rest of my life. Coaching positively impacted my relationship with myself in several ways. I know myself better, I know what I need and how to ask for it, and to let myself be in my feelings and work through them in a healthier way. I have a new awareness that I have instincts and intuition for a reason and that I can trust myself and vocalize these feelings.

I learned what I value at my core and how important it is that I am aligned with those values. I now know to stop, observe, ask myself what I need or what would feel good, and make the changes needed to get back into a more aligned flow. I have learned how to feel more fully without shame or guilt for feeling certain emotions that have been branded as “unacceptable” by myself or society. I know now that feeling them and letting them run their course in a way that is healthy is far more productive than pushing them down. I have also learned that my feelings are usually connected to something much deeper inside of me that needs more attention.

Coaching has helped my relationships with my daughter, my husband, and several members of my extended family. It’s helped me to model what I want to see in our life and I have learned I need to meet people, like my husband, where they are at and not try to force them into anything they are not ready for emotionally–but I have also learned that I can ask for more support in other ways when needed. My mindset has become more open and positive. I am more accepting of myself and therefore can be more open to others and I have also learned the reverse in some ways. I can be so empathetic with others that I can get taken advantage of, so I have also learned that my empathy and my energy don’t have to be extended to everyone. I am allowed to end relationships that no longer serve me and create healthy boundaries around relationships that have the potential to drain or hurt me. During the holidays with some difficult family moments, I have also been able to create distance and learn some really healthy coping mechanisms, like taking breaks, creating space, and using breathwork and meditation to calm me down when I have been triggered.

I recommend investing in yourself because the most valuable person in your life is you- the sooner you invest in yourself, get in tune with yourself, and know yourself and your worth deeply–the healthier you will be mentally and physically. Self-knowing and self-loving lead to deeper understanding and connection with others. Knowing how to give yourself what you need fills your cup and then you are able to fill others more and show up for others more. Thank you Jennie for all of your time and efforts over the better part of a year. You have such a beautiful gift & I am so grateful for being able to learn and grow myself & my relationships with your support.”

Having gone through a few sessions of coaching, I found Jennie’s program and approach to be beneficial. Slowing down has always been a struggle of mine, and coaching helps to reprogram parts of ourselves that are on autopilot. In slowing down and adopting better processing practices, daily experiences have become less stressful and more grounded.

Jennie’s approach to coaching feels like guided support. She reinforces that you already have the tools you need to make changes along your journey. From the resources, assignments, and meditation, to even the journaling music playlists, she’s able to create a holistic strategy where the coaching methodology doesn’t end when the session ends.

I also found her offering of the Voxer app a great way to communicate between sessions. Jennie authentically supports self-love at all stages of where you’re at in the process. With Jennie’s program, if you do the work and are open to the journey, it will truly align you with things that are meant for you. As much as we think we know ourselves, there is always more to learn, and Jennie can help in that process. Jennie’s approach is relatable to so many, that I would recommend her to anyone.”

“There are no amount of words to conceptualize the work Jennie and I completed together, but I will do my best. Before working with Jennie, I had been in a very frustrated and somewhat stagnant place. I knew I wanted to move forward with my healing work, but I just didn’t know how. I felt a bit lost. During our sessions, I was able to move into a place of realizing some simple things I was skipping over in order to move into a bigger place. Jennie was able to tune into some things I said and break them down in a way that helped me really understand the gravity of what I was saying and feeling.

In breaking those things down, I was able to see what I truly needed to move forward, most notably: myself. I see where I need to start in order to receive the success I know that is coming to me. I need to put myself first, as easy as it is to forget sometimes. Jennie gives such wonderful, loving, and gentle support when it’s needed. She truly hears you and listens: things that are sometimes vastly different concepts. She is an angel, a lightworker, and a friend. A true gift! I would highly recommend Jennie’s services to anyone who feels drawn to her. You may not know why, or what you need, but she will be there to listen, support, and offer guidance. She will hear the things that you might not be hearing yourself. She will provide both practical and spiritual guidance, and the virtually constant contact via Voxer is priceless. Investing this time in your healing with Jennie is worth every moment!”

“Before my sessions with Jennie, I was experiencing numerous bouts of low self-worth and low self-esteem. I know I’m a kind, compassionate person and will give my heart and soul to anyone who asks. However, it seemed like the kinder I was to people, the meaner people were in reciprocation. I always wondered, “What am I doing wrong?” I was also absorbing negative energy from others, and Jennie guided me to become aware of this. Through Jennie’s support, I learned how to reframe negative thoughts and redirect my love inwards to help me feel fulfilled.

I owe Jennie my deepest thanks for restoring my confidence back that I haven’t had for years. She listened carefully to all my frustrations. She had an explanation for all the emotions and disappointments I was experiencing. For example, right at the beginning of our sessions, I was applying for a job at the gym I love. She helped me throughout the entire process, encouraged me to be optimistic, and reminded me of my power. “With your passion, energy, and desire, who possibly could do a better job than you?” When I was informed the opening was no longer being offered, I was devastated and sad.

Jennie lifted me out of the melancholy state and restored a new vigor in me I never knew I had. Not only was I not sad anymore, but excited about the future. Now I have a long-term goal of not being an employee of a gym, but being an owner of a gym. I know I’ll soon be doing the hiring. I highly recommend Jennie to anyone who needs a boost in their confidence to achieve their dreams and goals. She’s intelligent, eloquent, high spirited and will help you find your way. I walk through life with my chin a little higher, thanks to Jennie Lynn.”

“I believe everyone comes into your life for a season at the right time to either teach you something or you teach them. Jennie came at the right time to help me become successful, stay motivated, and reach the goals I’d been wanting to obtain. It was the first time in my career through working with Jennie that I said no to something that my supervisor wanted me to do. Had I said yes, it would have endangered my well-being even more. Jennie was the person who helped me during my difficult time with work-life balance and helped me change my situation by working with her. My experience with Jennie was meaningful and fulfilling especially at a time when I needed to change and to feel fulfilled and whole.

From the first session to the last session, Jennie always had me believe that I could achieve any goal that I set. Each session, I found myself learning from her about technology, looking at who I am, taking care of myself, spending time with my family, looking for a healthier job, and being true to myself. Each session I achieved goals and started feeling hopeful for the possibility of enjoying my career again, not having compassion fatigue, being healthier, and spending time with my family. I felt less guilty saying no, knowing it was the right thing to do. Jennie focused on the situations that I was struggling with and helped me to discover the solutions to have joy again. She even gave me permission to run when I felt I couldn’t take the time. Her mindfulness meditations were always spot on and always left me wanting more.  She allowed me to dream of where I wanted to be and what I could accomplish.

I have learned that I am worthy and that I love myself and who I’m becoming. That I need to care for myself to have peace and joy in my life to be able to fulfill my roles as wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, leader, and coach. I would highly recommend Jennie to anyone who is looking to change a situation in their life and isn’t sure how to go about it or lacks the confidence in themselves to make the change on their own.”

“Prior to Coaching with Jennie I was struggling with doubting myself, feeling self conscious, and seeming to always need an external opinion and validation to move forward with so many of my choices. I reached out to Jennie because I didn’t know how to move forward in my business, my relationship and in life overall. I was also really struggling with communication in my relationship and expressing myself. I was seeking support and wanted to be listened to and understand my relationship on a deeper level and how it relates to myself. I really appreciated the Voxer support because it was a nice “therapy” anything-goes day-long no rushed session for whatever was coming up for me that week. I enjoyed our zoom Coaching sessions because it was super structured and I liked how Jennie organized my documents and resources in my dedicated Google drive folder. I love that I have these even after our time working together to revisit and upgrade them for whatever I may need moving forward.

The relationship with myself improved in many ways as a result of 1:1 Coaching. I have less self-doubt and more confidence. I have learned better communication and this has created a big step in a positive life direction. In my relationship I have gained the ability to be proud of myself, when in the past I’d doubt and nit-pick my wrongdoings or potential shortcomings. Coaching has also improved other relationships in my life such as friendships. I have way less self judgement toward lost friendships and relationships. My outlook is way more positive because I realized how much I’m doing to create a life of impact on so many levels. I highly recommend investing in Coaching because it allows you to grow deeply as a person and in your relationships, business and overall life path. Jennie is amazing and motivating. Her coaching support is extremely positive and validating. She is there to listen without inserting any judgement or negativity.”
